Marking the 10th anniversary of the 2011 disasters, H.E. Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Japan Hassan bin Mohammed Rafei Al Emadi took an inspection tour to two facilities, which were completed by the Qatar Friendship Fund (QFF) in Japan's Fukushima prefecture, as part of the fund's projects for the reconstruction of areas that witnessed widespread damage due to the earthquake and tsunami disasters in March 2011. ​
