Embassy Services

In addition to consular services such as visa and authentication of the certificates of origin and invoices for exports of Japanese products, the embassy renews passports for Qataris services and receives requests for the issuance of birth certificates, letters of attorney and other documents required by the Japanese authorities.

The Embassy is keen to urge all Qataris coming to Japan to register their personal details and addresses in Japan in the Embassy in order to protect their interests, and also to facilitate the communication with them and follow up on their situation, especially the groups of students and trainees.
