HE Mr. Jaber Jaralla Al-Marri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Japan, participated in the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding between the World Innovation Summit for Health (WISH) | Qatar Foundation and the University of Tokyo, held at the Qatar Pavilion during Expo 2025 Osaka.
HE emphasized that the MoU reflects the depth of Qatar–Japan relations and marks a new chapter in their cooperation. He noted that the agreement will strengthen academic and research partnerships in health and innovation, foster capacity-building, advance research and development, and contribute to evidence-based policymaking—all in alignment with the State of Qatar’s vision for innovation and progress.
