His Excellency Mr. Kihara Seiji, Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary, received at his office on Friday afternoon December 16, H.E. Mr. Hassan bin Mohammed Rafei Al Emadi Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Japan.

The meeting discussed bilateral relations and ways to enhance and development in various fields of interests, among other topics of mutual interest.
