H.E. Mr. Hassan bin Mohammed Rafei Al Emadi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Japan, held a farewell party for Mr. Rashed bin Mubarak Al-Khater, the second secretary at the Embassy for the occasion of the end of his term at the Qatar Embassy in Japan, in recognition of his valuable contributions to the embassy, wishing him all the best in his diplomatic future.

The reception was attended by H.E. Mr. Natsuo YAMAGUCHI, Representative of Komeito, ‏H.E. Mr. Tadahiko ITO, Member of the House of Representatives and Secretary-General of Japan-Qatar Parliamentary Friendship Association, and H.E.
