HE Mr. Jaber bin Jarallah Al Marri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Japan, met with Mr. Yoetsu Ishimori, Chairman of Onagawa Fish Buyer's Association, during his visit to Onagawa Town in Miyagi Prefecture. 

As part of the visit, HE conducted an inspection of the "MASKAR," a multifunctional facility for fish processing and handling in Onagawa Town, northern Japan. This facility is one of the projects implemented by the Qatar Friendship Fund to support reconstruction efforts in areas devastated by the 2011 earthquake and tsunami.
