H.M. the Emperor of Japan to hosts a tea party in honor of our ambassador and two new ambassadors accredited to Japan

On Thursday,  September 27th,  2018, at the Imperial Palace, the Emperor of Japan Akihito and Her Majesty Empress Michiko held a tea ceremony in the honor of three new ambassadors accredited to Japan; H.E. Mr. Hassan bin Mohammed Rafi Al Emadi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar and the Ambassadors of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Lesotho.

During the meeting with His Majesty the Emperor, and after exchanging words of welcome and courtesy, the emperor pointed to the importance of bilateral relations between Japan and the State of Qatar, and the great developments witnessed by the State of Qatar. 

In return, H.E. the Ambassador thanked and appreciated the interests of His Majesty and noted that the great Renaissance witnessed by the State of Qatar under the wise leadership and vision of His Highness the Emir (May Allah protect him) is gaining momentum with the support of friends and allies, including Japan. 

It should be noted that His Majesty the Emperor and the Empress, according to the custom and the system of the Imperial Household Agency, host such events for all new Ambassadors one month after the date of submission of credentials.
